Ace Mediations, The Firm
Ace Mediations is the practice of Jessica D. Roberts, MBA, a full-time mediator and arbitrator. The firm was founded in 2012 and serves commercial, healthcare, and compliance disputes. Every matter receives my full preparation and attention regardless of size or complexity.
Extensive Experience
Over the past thirteen-plus years, I have completed more than 2,000 mediations and arbitrations. I am a FINRA Public Arbitrator and a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator on the 12th and 17th Judicial Circuit rosters, and a certified or qualified mediator in six states: Florida, Texas, Georgia, Nevada, Louisiana, and California. My background includes years as Executive Director of a healthcare organization, which informs my approach to managed care, reimbursement, and operational disputes.

As a mediator, I move parties past entrenched positions toward agreements that endure. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, insured with no claims filed, and serve as a Director at the Association for Conflict Resolution (Chair, Governance Committee) and at the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators.
